Philippines Visa

If you want a break from your usual surroundings and are looking to visit an interesting and international location, you should check out the Philippines. Not only does the place have an amazing view, but it also comprises of a bunch of islands and clear blue waters that would make the best vacation ever. To make this an even better sell, the Philippines Government mentioned that people do not need a visa if they are planning a trip to the islands and would be leaving in under 21 days. This seems like the ideal duration of vacation so it doesn’t seem too bad.
People would, however, need to have their return tickets booked in advance along with a valid passport before they can make their trip to the country.
However, if you have to travel for any other reason for longer, here are the requirements for a visa. We should begin by saying that it is a lot easier to get a visa for the Philippines as many other parts of the world.
- Passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the intended period of stay
- All the visa documents filled out and submitted
- Two passport-sized photographs
- Details mentioning whether you are travelling for business or vacation
- Proof of payment of visa fees for the type of visa that you are applying for.
Submit all these documents and you should get called for a visa appointment in a couple of days, and a visa in about two to three weeks. You can also handle all this when you are in the Philippines but if your visa gets delayed, the embassy would not be held responsible since they mentioned taking about 15 days to process it.
